We do not collect any personal data from site visitors unless the visitor makes an enquiry.

For the purpose of making an enquiring, our website may collect the following information.

The information gathered by the contact form is received directly by us in the form of a standard email and is not stored on the website or web server.

Mailing

We do, on occasion, email all our current clients with important information regarding our services or occasional offers. In these cases, we use a mailing client called MailChimp with a separate mailing list which gives all recipients the option to unsubscribe. This operates as a standalone entity so even our most active clients can unsubscribe from these occasional mailings without disrupting our contracted services. You can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

We use Microsoft 365 software and our collected data is encrypted and stored securely using Microsoft OneDrive within the UK.

How we protect your data

We are constantly reviewing or privacy procedures and take the security of client’s data extremely seriously.

We use Microsoft Office 365 throughout the business and we are almost entirely cloud based using OneDrive. Office 365 is a highly secure environment that offers extensive protection in multiple layers: physical data centre security, network security, access security, application security, and data security. We use robust security software on all company devices, software and virus definitions are updated daily.

What data breach procedures we have in place

As we have already stated, the personal data we hold is non-sensitive and kept to a minimum. In the event of a data breach we will investigate to find out the extent of the breach and contact everyone who may have been affected with details. We will be honest about our findings and update on any progress made in tracing and rectifying the breach. We will put in place procedures that ensure that similar breaches are ruled out.
